Terms of Use

Using the app
By using LabelCatch you agree to these terms. You may use the app to check product labels for yourself and your family. Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.
LabelCatch is not a safety guarantee
LabelCatch reads text from photos and databases and can miss, misread or misclassify ingredients and amounts. Results — including double-check results, translations and health-condition suggestions — are aids, not medical, dietary or allergy advice. Always read the package yourself before you eat, drink or use a product, and follow your doctor's advice. Do not rely on LabelCatch alone for a serious allergy or a medical condition.
Accounts
You can use LabelCatch without an account. If you create one, keep your password safe. Your watchlists, history and photos stay on your phone and belong to you.
Free version and LabelCatch Pro
The free version shows ads and includes a limited number of double-checks per day. LabelCatch Pro removes ads and raises the daily double-check limit; the current limits and price are shown before you subscribe. To keep the service reliable, daily limits apply to every plan.
Pro is a subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store and requires an account. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds follow the store's policies.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; important changes are announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account, or as described on the account deletion page.
